Fears and Passion

We're all scared of getting hurt, of being alone. The void that someone leaves after they break your trust is just terrifying. That all-too-familiar feeling, that inexplicable actual physical pain in your chest when reality sets in and you're suddenly hit by the realization that yet another person is not quiet whom you thought they were. 

It feels like you've betrayed yourself in a way; for believing in them and letting them in. It's brutal how someone can see inside your soul, know everything there's to know about you, your fears and insecurities then uses them against you. For one of your greatest fears was losing them, and they just walk away.. There are only few constants in life, everything's changing like the seasons, no matter how much we need them to stay. When we meet someone new, deep down we know we'll lose them someday, but we hope.. It's what makes us human.

When someone leaves, they leave with a piece of you, but in time it's replaced with a passion for what's to come.

Life goes on, and there's so much that's worth living for.
